I don't have a puller to allow me to remove the needle bearing from the rear radius arms so a cheap alternative and neat trick is to use a Dynabolt. These are normally used to mount heavy brackets etc on walls but in this case, it suits my requirements. You need a 20mm dynabolt in this case.

Insert it into the radius arm and tigthen the nut to expand the sheath into the inside of the needle bearing.

Since I'll have a new rebuild kit for the radius arms, I won't need the old pivot pin so I used my grinder and ground down the diameter on the pin, inserted it into the other end of the radius arms and hammered out the needle bearing.

I will be taking the radius arms to a Mini mechanic to get the rebuild kits fitted as I don't have anything to pull the brass bush from the other side of the radius arm, nor do I have a reamer to ream out the newly fitted brass bush.
As for the front upper suspension arms, I just used a drift punch to knock out the needle bearings.
