It's too cold & busy

There hasn't been much progress on the build lately :( Winter is here and it's often been too cold to work in the garage after work, so motivation has been lacking. In the the last month or so I've been away for a couple of weekends and have been busy doing other stuff with a couple of new gauge pod designs and looking around for a new car to buy. I ended up buying a 1996 Holden Rodeo 4WD 2.8L Turbo Diesel Traytop in excellent condition to help cart around stuff (sand & mulch for the garden, car parts, our dogs, camping gear and probably furniture for anyone who finds out I have a ute!) and tow the Mini on a trailer when needed. These are an honest, no frills workhorse and with the diesel engine made by Isuzu, are extremely reliable and just about bulletproof.

In regards to the build, I have made a slow start on labelling the wires, harnesses, switches sensors etc in the front cut. Its a long-winded but very necessary step which will make things MUCH easier when it comes to trimming and reinstalling the harness in the Mini. I need to get the old Mini 1100cc engine running and sell that to make some room for the parts I'll start pulling off the front cut as I only have half a garage to try and fit an entire Mini shell, the Starlet front cut, another Mini front cut and all parts that I've stripped off the Mini and Starlet!
